Brief Information :

Organic Waste is either converted in Compost or Bio Gas. For both applications input organic waste need to be converted to fine particle size for faster decomposition and to better material handling.

Compost or Vermi Compost

Crushing or Shredding the input material helps in composting or vermi-composting application in multiple ways. First and important benefit is that the input material is broken into small pieces which reduces the volume required by it. Secondly by shredding the material its available surface area for bacterial activity increases which fasten the decomposition. By shredding input material the natural boundaries of the material get broken or destroyed enhancing the bacterial activity.
